Michelle Vasquez

B.A., Public Administration, Cal State Fullerton

As the Special Projects Analyst, Michelle oversees a diverse range of projects and strategic initiatives. Her key responsibilities include the collection and preparation of institutional data for participation in over 20 prestigious rankings and surveys, such as Bloomberg Businessweek, GMAC, US News & World Report, Financial Times, and QS Global. Michelle also leads the AACSB Assurance of Learning process, working closely with program leadership and faculty.

In addition to these duties, Michelle manages the initial implementation phase of new academic degree programs and other strategic initiatives. Her role involves researching and analyzing processes and procedures, summarizing findings, coordinating efforts with various internal and external stakeholders, and providing consultative services to senior leadership.

Since joining UC Davis in 2015, Michelle has contributed to multiple roles and departments across campus, including the School of Law and the Physics Department, before her current position at the Graduate School of Management (GSM). Outside of work, Michelle enjoys traveling and spending quality time with her friends and family.
